Goals Best Unfortunately the under 19’s were unable to match it with the very talented Wallan team. Even though Wallan ended up fifth on the ladder they had plenty of players coming back from higher grades to fill their side. Congratulations to Wallan in the first season in the DVFL. The young Panthers battled manfully with their opponents with some great individual contest during the game. Joshua Callaghan gave a commendable performance in the ruck. Adam McClaren showed why he is a great talent for the future. Greg Strickland was very busy all day. Nathan Peck very much held his own and Keith Davidson never stopped trying. Special mention to Steve Rischitelli who made every contest his in the forward line. The team has been fantastic all year and it was a tribute to their persisance to make the grand final. Congratulations to Mark Minney and Lucas Paul for their hard work in keeping the boys focussed.
