We are saddened  to hear of the sudden passing of Grant Wilmot age 59 yrs. A Premiership player (1989) and Premiership Coach (1995) with the Panthers.

Grant moved from Montmorency to Eltham in 1989 as a playing assistant coach to Peter Moore. Grant played in the Division 2 Premiership in that year

After Senior coaching stints at Croydon and Heidelberg. Grant returned to Eltham in 1995 as a non-playing coach and was successful in guiding the team to the premiership in that year.
