  • Adoption of Minutes from last years AGM
  • Presentation of Annual Report
  • Adoption of Financial Report
  • Election of Office Bearers for Season 2018

To be elected – President, Three Vice Presidents, 4 General Committee.
As per constitution – Secretary and Treasurer are appointed by elected committee
