To be held at the Eltham Club rooms on Tuesday 30th October 2018 at 7.00pm*.

  • You are asked to arrive at 7.00pm for a 7.30pm start.

  • Presentation of Annual Report
  • Adoption of Financial Report
  • Election of Office Bearers for Season 2019

To be elected – President, Three Vice Presidents, 4 General Committee.
As per constitution – Secretary and Treasurer are appointed by elected committee

As per constitution nominations close three days prior to meeting 7.30pm Saturday 28th October

Nomination can be accepted from the floor at the meeting for any vacant positions after that date.
